The Cottrell NO.7 brand name was inspired by a man fearless in the pursuit of his ambitions. Historically, the number seven symbolizes prosperous life, happiness, renewal, perfection, and denotes completeness. For our beard products, we have applied this principle to our enriching scented formula. There are seven organic cold-pressed oils, hand-selected by our founders to achieve the well-balanced formulas.

We Use Organic Cold Pressed Oils

Cold pressing refers to the process of obtaining oils through pressing fruit or seeds with a modern steel press. Cold-pressed oils retain healthy antioxidants that are otherwise damaged by heat exposure in other pressing methods. These antioxidants help combat free radicals that cause cell damage and signs of aging in the skin.
Cold-pressed oils are also rich in vitamin E, which has anti-inflammatory and healing properties. Organic, cold-pressed oils are substantially more enriching and effective than other commercially available oils, which is why we use them in our premium formulas.
