We offer worldwide shipping! Please note customs can hold a package anywhere between 12-30 days, meaning arrival dates can vary. If you think your package is lost, let us know by calling us at (214) 631-9313. Shipping rates to international locations vary based on location and shipping time frame. Rates start at $5.95 & up and are based on the weight of your package and method of shipment selected. Please note that any customs charges incurred on packages are the responsibility of our customers to pay in order for their package to be delivered. Due to complex international laws and taxes, we do not include these fees in orders. You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order. Cottrell No7 is required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot change this value. If an order is refused, then you are responsible for the original shipping expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please call (214) 631-9313 as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. After 11am (CST) Monday- Friday, we are not guaranteed to make any order or address changes, as the order would have shipped.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You can return or exchange any defective merchandise or any product that you are not satisfied with by mail. Returns made within 30 days of order shipment date will be refunded to the original form of payment.
We are committed to customer satisfaction with our merchandise beyond the point of sale. Product may be returned within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by the following:
Original receipt/packing slip
All original packaging
Products purchased as part of a set (the entire set must be returned)
Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment.
The following items cannot be returned:
Individual products purchased as part of a set (the entire set must be returned)
Items purchased in a Store, Events or elsewhere must be returned wherever purchased. Items purchased via one of our partners must also be returned to that store. Please refer to each individual store return policy for details.
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact Cottrell No7, by sending an email to email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you. All emails will receive a response within 48 hours.
Please keep in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been submitted
